1. What kind of products do you sell?

  • We sell theme-based custom oversized T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies Jackets with on-demand prints on every order placed.
  • Themes are mostly subjective and creativity can take over any possible way
  • Curretly we are doing:
    • Pop culture based collections.
    • Anime Theme based collections.
    • Sports motivation, Gym quotes, Sports asthetic merch.
    • Meme drips/ Thrift concepts
  • We mainly focus on oversized merch slowly expanding based on our Customer's feedbacks and where creative takes us.

2. Are your products original designs?

  • Yes, all designs are created/curated by our brand. 
  • Original Design art, inspirational, seasonal, funny and generic.

📏 Size & Fit

4. How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our size chart available on each product. All products do have specific sIze chart and we stick to the supported sizes and charts altogether.

5. Are your T-shirts true to size?

Our oversized tees are designed for a relaxed fit. If you prefer a regular fit, consider sizing down.

6. Can I exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

Yes, we offer size exchanges within 3 days.
The product may be subjected to a nominal shipping charges. For more information, please refer to our return and exchange policy.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

7. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are usually delivered within 6-8 days
  • The dispatch usually happen within 2-5 days
  • We might need to verify addresses for the first time which might result in a longer dispatch period. 

8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  • Yes, we offer COD across India.
  • We encourage new customers to use COD for a worry-free first purchase.

9. How much is shipping?

  • We have Free Shipping all India for minimum cart value of Rs. 750.

10. How can I track my order?

  • Once the order in shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  • You can also track your orders from the link below.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery (unused & original condition). Please refer the details under our Refund/Return Policy

12. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3-4 working days after the product reaches us.

13. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll try to resolve it quickly.

 

👕 Product & Fabric

14. What fabric do you use?

  • Our Premium Oversized t-shirts uses 240GSM 100% Cotton Pre-shrunk Bio Washed material
  • Our French Terry-cotton comes 90% Cotton Pre Shunk material
  • Our SweatShirt and Pullover Hoodies Uses 300GSM 100% Cotton fleece material. Pre-shrunk and Bio washed.
  • Out All Over Print Range Uses 100% polyester mostly used for Bomber Jackets, Oversized t-shirts, sports AOP t-shirts.

15. Will the print fade after washing?

  • Our prints are highest-quality and long-lasting. But it differs with differngt print method used for the design prints
    • DTF usually are sturdy with regular use, Fade starts to occur post 100 washes only.
    • DTG feels softer and lighter than DTF. But is slightly durable. Fade usually starts to occur after 60 washes.
  • Proper care significantly increases longevity.

16. How should I wash the T-shirt?

  • Always do a cold wash Inside out.
  • DO NOT iron directly on the design side.
  • Do not dry on a direct sunlight
  • Avoid use of strong solvent or bleaches. It could lead to design demages and color fade/alteration to the fabric

 

🧾 Bulk Orders & Custom Printing

17. Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

  • Yes. We offer special pricing for bulk purchases.
  • Bulk purchases starts from 50 pieces MOQ.
  • Discount depends on product type, quantity and agreed printing methods.

Please contact us with your requirements for a custom quote.

19. Can you print custom designs for bulk orders?

Yes. We support custom printing for:

  • College events
  • Corporate teams
  • Gym groups
  • Sports teams
  • Brand merchandise
  • Influencer drops
  • Community merchandise

You can provide your own design, or we can assist with creating one. Additional charges for design assistance, collaboration will be charged.
We usually do 1 MOQ custom designs, but certain methods needs minimum MOQ of 50 size variance.
