Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Timelines
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. COD orders might take longer due to an added contact verification before processing required.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Some promotions or discounts make it free.
  • Prepaid Orders: We may offer discounted or free shipping on prepaid orders as a benefit to our customers.

3. Non-Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
An RTO occurs when the courier cannot deliver your package and returns it to our warehouse.
  • Common reasons for RTO: Incorrect/incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts.
  • For Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid package is returned to us as RTO, we will contact you to choose one of the following:
    1. Reshipment: We can reship the item to a corrected address. However, a reshipping fee (actual forward shipping cost) will apply.
    2. Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process it to your original payment method. Please note that some charges towards shipping incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid mobile number and PIN code. We are not liable for RTOs caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. We encourage you to track your package to ensure someone is available to receive it.

6. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.
