Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange of items due to size issues is subjected to verification once we recieve the product back.
We will charge a small shipping amount if the exchange was asked for a different size, but can be waived off for exchanges based on current promotions or discounts.
For returns, only genuine issues like damaged products, box will be charged no shipping once we verify the product.
For other return reasons, we will charge a one time shipping and the same will be deducted during the refund.
To start a return, you can initiate the self serve method or you can contact us at cleanconcept.ec@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address it was dispatched from.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return/replacements will not be acceptable for color shade variance
Actual product colour may slightly vary from the images shown due to lighting conditions, screen brightness, and fabric dyeing/printing variations. We make every effort to represent the product as accurately as possible.
For Acid Wash T-shirts
Due to the nature of acid wash treatment, each T-shirt may have slight variations in wash pattern, tone, and colour depth. This is a natural part of the process and adds a unique character to every piece.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As precautionary action, make a video of unboxing your item and futher pictures or videos for detailing the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. CODs will be addressed via custom UPI transactions.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
